Christmas Decoration

I'm normally not much of a Christmas person - this year it's different. For the first time ever I've been holding myself back from decorating my room before the 1st. I didn't succeed. Just put up some stars today. Oops.
I can't wait for the snow to come and make everything look pretty.
This year some of my classmates and me are helping a big company to decorate their office for their Christmas party and in search for inspiration I found these lovely pictures.  All from Pinterest.
I'm not really into all the regular Christmas decorations so I really like these more simple ones that still give a Christmas feeling.

Movie favorites

I have been going to the movies so much the past four months, that I could only hope was possible. It's so cheap in Aberdeen compared to Herning, or Denmark in general.
But all those trips ended in a long list of movie reviews I haven't had the time to do for you.
SO,  I'll start with my favorites of the bunch.

Gangster Squad is definitely worth quite a few stars from me. Everything comes together in one - the story, pictures and the cast is awesome. The main actors in this movie is really well chosen and Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone is just the best movie couple, no question asked.
The story is about a team of policemen that in the 1946 Los Angeles tries to stop the drug mob with not so pretty methods - with lots of shootings and car-chases the old fashion way, just how we like it.

Intouchables/ Untouchables is one of the most beautiful movies I've seen in a long time. It is live-affirming and a fun story about how people can change your life. The two main characters is not some that usually would talk, but when they as here depend on each other they get a better friendship than any of them would have thought of. And being inspired by a true story it just makes you even more happy watching it. The two actors really bring the characters a great personality and you just have to like them. So if you, as I do, love French there is definitely no reason for not watching it.

Django Unchained - is a winner!
Quentin Tarantino does it again, yet another amazing movie. Even though it is a long one, it is all the time worth. It's entertaining all the way through with all the Tarantino elements as it should be. I really like the way he have taken a more serious subject and still managed to make some of the scenes hilarious at the same time. And need I say anything about the cast when looking at the last picture.  It's a great pleasure to see all these actors together and I must say that Christoph Waltz really shines in his role as Dr. King Schultz.
Very short is the movie about Dr. Schultz there as a bounty hunter needs Django's help to find 3 brothers and afterwards helps him find his wife there is sold to Candyland. It is a Tarantino-must see!

Designer crush - Paul Smith

Just watched a documentary on Paul Smith and fell for him and his work. I fell hard.
I've always looked at his clothes when I saw it, but never really understood what all the fuss was about. Maybe the stores haven't done his clothes justice. 'Cause on my - "I love it".
I love all the story behind him, and the way he appears. He's a great man, and I apologize for not knowing before.

This isn't his newest collection, but I really like the colors and materials in this one, it's so great. Really makes me want to spend the money a regular student don't have for designer items.

Find it here
Even though I'm usually not that good with prints, but this one is just to light and simple and with my love for skirts, I really want this do be a part of the collection.
Also the book Paul Smith is a wish on my list. With lots of pictures and more stories about Paul himself I'm sure it's worth a few hours of reading. You can find it on the online store here.

Bag love

I would like one of these please..

1. Mulberry Alexa £ 895 2. Royal Republic around £160 3.H&M £24.99 4.Topshop £38 5.Alexander Wang $925
I have a very soft spot for bags. Most girls have shoes, I like bags.
I have wanted a bag with two rooms inside, for a very long time, it's just so hard to find for some reason. But my Christmas budget is reaching it's limit, so until I've found THE bag, I'll have to dream about them instead. Especially the last one from Alexander Wang - I would love it to be mine.

If I could..

I would have this outfit coming my way..

It is so simple and pretty. I just love the back on the dress, it's not too much 'cause the dress is so simple in the front and the cut - and if you don't feel like it a blazer will cover the back.
I've been looking at shoes like these for quite some time now, but never found the perfect pair - but I really like that these are grey, and not black like ALL my other shoes.
And do I have to say so much about the bag - "I LOVE IT" (said like Ole Henriksen). It has short handles and a long strap so you can use it in any occasion - and then it's real leather so it will get the perfect look after some time!

I hope Santa will be really good to me this year :)

Meggings..

Really..? I do like a guy in skinny jeans, but I think this is where it gets too skinny.
I just read this article, and had to share it. The writer tries a pair on for a day to find some reactions on the trend, but I'm not sure the world is all ready for guys in stockings.

These guys have done a good job trying to make it look good, but I'm sorry but I'm not convinced yet.
I have never been the biggest fan of the short on stocking/legging trend - but if the girls can, I guess the boys can do it too.
Maybe the it's just the perfect Christmas present for the boys that has it all..

Inspirational pictures

  In my dreams ..

.. all these lovely clothes would be in my wardrobe.
