I have been going to the movies so much the past four months, that I could only hope was possible. It's so cheap in Aberdeen compared to Herning, or Denmark in general.
But all those trips ended in a long list of movie reviews I haven't had the time to do for you.
SO, I'll start with my favorites of the bunch.
Gangster Squad is definitely worth quite a few stars from me. Everything comes together in one - the story, pictures and the cast is awesome. The main actors in this movie is really well chosen and Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone is just the best movie couple, no question asked.
The story is about a team of policemen that in the 1946 Los Angeles tries to stop the drug mob with not so pretty methods - with lots of shootings and car-chases the old fashion way, just how we like it.
Intouchables/ Untouchables is one of the most beautiful movies I've seen in a long time. It is live-affirming and a fun story about how people can change your life. The two main characters is not some that usually would talk, but when they as here depend on each other they get a better friendship than any of them would have thought of. And being inspired by a true story it just makes you even more happy watching it. The two actors really bring the characters a great personality and you just have to like them. So if you, as I do, love French there is definitely no reason for not watching it.
Django Unchained - is a winner!
Quentin Tarantino does it again, yet another amazing movie. Even though it is a long one, it is all the time worth. It's entertaining all the way through with all the Tarantino elements as it should be. I really like the way he have taken a more serious subject and still managed to make some of the scenes hilarious at the same time. And need I say anything about the cast when looking at the last picture. It's a great pleasure to see all these actors together and I must say that Christoph Waltz really shines in his role as Dr. King Schultz.
Very short is the movie about Dr. Schultz there as a bounty hunter needs Django's help to find 3 brothers and afterwards helps him find his wife there is sold to Candyland. It is a Tarantino-must see!
